Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Social Media Executive who will be responsible for managing and growing our brand presence across multiple social media platforms. The candidate should be creative, disciplined, and aware of current social media trends.
The role involves planning, creating, and publishing content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging captions, reels ideas, hashtags, and post descriptions in English and Hinglish.
The candidate will manage the social media content calendar, coordinate with designers and video editors, and ensure timely posting of content. Regular monitoring of comments, messages, and audience engagement is required to maintain an active and positive online community.
The role also includes tracking performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, preparing basic performance reports, and suggesting improvements based on analytics. The candidate should stay updated with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and trending content formats.

Requirements
The candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. A strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form video content such as reels and shorts is required.
Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms is expected. The candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
The role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines consistently. Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are important for this position.
The candidate should be willing to work full-time from Mumbai, Maharashtra. Experience with paid social media advertising, video editing, influencer collaborations, or analytics tools will be considered an added advantage.
